What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointments are very important to the Ash + Opal team. All appointments are reserved specifically for your individual hair needs. We require a minimum 48-hour notice for cancellations. All chemical services require a non-refundable deposit that will be credited toward your service charge on the day of your appointment.
Are deposits required?
All major services must be confirmed by providing a major credit card to place a deposit, which will be credited towards your bill on the day of your service.
How are colour product costs calculated?
Colour services include separate charges for product costs. Because the amount of product may vary based on length and type of hair, we use a system which accurately measures the amount of product used. This ensures you only pay for what is actually used, shown separately on your receipt.
How do I book an appointment?

Do I need a consultation for colour services?
For balayage, highlights, babylights, and hair extensions, we require a consultation prior to booking. Please email us with your current hair colour, colour history, products used, and inspiration photos so we can provide a personalized quote.
